How Does Your Shipping Work?

Shop Electras partners with clothing manufacturers all over the world to source the latest trends in clothing and accessories, so that we can offer you a selection of Y2K inspired clothing within your budget and within one online store. 

To accomplish this we ship clothing from warehouses all around the world. However, we do guarantee order tracking so that you may keep an eye on your package as it travels across the world to you.

Products may take up to 1 to 4 weeks to arrive due to their distance from you, so don't stress if your product does not arrive the next day! It is still on it's way! Most of the time your package will arrive much faster, however we want you to be aware that this time frame is a possibility! 

We ship WORLDWIDE for FREE, as a result of having warehouses in many locations around the world, so you can shop from wherever you are! 

How Long Does It Take To Process Orders?

All our orders are processed and shipped out within two business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the tracking information to update.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

What Are Your Shipping Methods, Costs And Delivery Times?

We ship WORLD WIDE for FREE.

Shipping times can take around 1 to 4 weeks. Be aware that delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times can be delayed as well. 

How Do You Handle Customs Charges?

Custom charges may be incurred in some countries. We try to avoid this by keeping our product price's low, however we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items are shipped. If you have any questions about this policy please send us an email at help@shopelectras.com.

Are There Any Shipping Restrictions? 

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO Box. 

How Are Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit Handled? 

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email, help@shopelectras.com. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
